What is a Regulated loan?

Regulated bridging loans are where you live or intend to lives in the property the loan is secured on.

What is a Non-regulated loan ?


Non-regulated bridging loans are a short term property loan.


A loan is Non-regulated if it is secured against a property that you have never, and will never reside in.


There are not regulated by the FCA .
