Beat Finance was founded by Thomas Wall a mature, experienced self-motivated individual who prides himself on providing excellent service to his customers and partners with his team. Deliverability is a key to Beat's success showing better than average enquiry to conversion rates.
He worked for a number of lenders and brokers and felt that having a specialist brokerage that supported both customers and introducers when it came to sourcing funding for the property market was an ideal combination.
There are a lot of funding options available for non-traditional mortgages. Knowing where they are and how your client fits into that is key. A lot of mortgage brokers aren't specialists in this area, but we at Beat Finance can provide a depth of understanding no other company can.
